How to Apply

Candidates willing to be a part of Dr. B. C. Roy Engineering College Academy of Professional Courses, would have to appear in the All India basis Entrance exam, known as, Common Entrance Test or CET, conducted by MAKAUT (Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal). 

Students are required to follow the admission procedure discussed below to ensure a seamless application – 

Step 1 – Filling the Application form 

Students are requested to fill the online application form or can also collect the application kit from the college on any working day. It is hereby requested to be careful enough while filling up the application form as the counselling and final selection will be based on the data shared. Any mistake will affect your selection and the college shall not be held liable for it. 

Step 2 – Submitting the application form 

Along with the application form, students have to submit the following enclosures – 

• Stamp Size Photographs – 08 Nos.
• Class X Admit Card – 02 Photocopies
• Class X Marksheet – 02 Photocopies
• Class XII Marksheet – 02 Photocopies
• Adhaar Card – 02 Photocopies
• Domicile Certificate – A1 Format – Original
• CET Rank Card – 02 Photocopies
• CET Allotment Card – 02 Photocopies

Students are requested to submit the application form along with the enclosures at our office or sent it to our corporate office at –

Step 3: Processing your application 

Once we receive the application, it is checked thoroughly after which the admission office feeds the data into the system. Based on the data provided by the candidate and the counselling process, the admission procedure is taken forward and we make decisions on the admission. 

Step 4: Taking admission 

Candidates are to get admitted within the stipulated time (once selected) by completing all the required formalities. 

The requisite amount should be brought along during the admission (with or without hostel) by Demand Draft or Pay Order, in favour of “Dr. B. C. Roy Engineering College Academy of Professional Courses” on any scheduled bank, payable at Durgapur, or, by card swiping. 

Every student along with their parents has to mandatorily submit the anti-ragging declaration affidavit on a Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 10/- that is duly attested by the Oath Commissioner. Candidates can also submit an e-declaration at https://antiragging.in/ at the time of final admission.
The affidavits are to be submitted in original and photocopy at the time of final admission.
