Students can choose to pay through offline or online mode of payment as per their convenience. The details of both the process have been shared below.
The entire admission amount (including the hostel fees) is to be paid at the time of admission through Demand Draft. The Demand Draft should be issued in favour of “Dr. B.C. Roy Engineering College Academy of Professional Courses”, at any scheduled bank payable at Durgapur. Students can also choose to pay the amount by Card swiping.
Step 1 - Click on the pay now button to be redirected to the payment gateway
Step 2 - Select the payment option of your choice to process the transaction. The payment will take a few seconds or minute(s) depending on the internet speed and connectivity
Step 3 - As and when the payment is successful, a payment acknowledgement slip will be received. Keep the payment acknowledgement slip safely as it may be required for future reference
If the payment fails the candidate will be notified on the same on the screen
However, none of the above happens and there is a delay in response from the system, consider starting the payment procedure again.
Note: Redo the payment procedure if no card details have been shared to proceed with the payment.
If the credit/debit card details or net banking authorisation details have been shared for payment and there is no response, kindly check with the respective bank to be updated if the amount is debited. If the account is debited, do not proceed further. Kindly keep safe the bank transaction document where the debited amount is mentioned for future reference.
The candidate can try to attempt to pay again only if no amount is debited. If the candidate fails to get a confirmation on a successful payment kindly wait for 3 days before trying again.
For any discrepancies kindly contact the accounts department with all the transaction documents. Also, keep the reference or transaction details handy if the payment for the admission amount has been initiated by net banking or card payment.
Also, it is instructed that the candidate keeps a note of the transaction or payment reference number if using a card to make the payment as at times it can get difficult for the accounts team to identify against which candidate a specific payment has been made.
