Students are to maintain attendance of at least 75% in all the classes. The attendance benchmark has been decided by the university. Actions will be taken against students with attendance lower than 75%.

Dress Code –

A specific dress code for students has been selected to instil a sense of discipline, belonging, equality and professional attitude amongst them.

For men – A deep navy blue trouser along and a light blue shirt with emblem emblazoned green/yellow/black-hued ties, black emblem emblazoned green-tinted ties and black formal shoes with white socks.

Earmarked Green coloured tie and metal emblem for BBA students and metal emblem and fawn (biscuit) hued ties for BCA students will be supplied by the college itself at nominal cost during the time of admission.

For women – Deep Navy blue salwar and light blue kameez or deep navy blue trousers and light blue shirts are to be worn with emblem emblazoned green coloured ties and black formal shoes with white socks.

During the winter season (through the month of November to February) a navy blue blazer is mandatory for all.

The colour combination has been decided on very carefully and each colour has a special significance. The blue colour of the shirt stands for confidence, the deep green colour of the uniform reflects growth and harmony. The fawn colour of the ties for BCA signifies humility, the green in BBA signifies optimism while the black in BBA (HM) signifies power and professionalism.

In order to maintain uniformity in the colour and quality of the uniform, students are required to purchase their dress from the shop in Durgapur that has been approved by the college. The details of the shop will be given at the time of admission.
